After a pretty scary trip through a massive storm, staying at this hotel was a great relief. The rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable, which was fantastic especially since it was on the river. The service seemed to really be enjoying themselves, and the location, directly across the street from Snake River and the Greentrail, make this a worthwhile place to stay.
I had a pleasant surprise with the rooms being nice and comfortable, equipped with a Keurig, microwave, and wine fridge. However, there was a disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate guest in the next room, and the bathroom was very tiny. The service from check-in to check-out was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for seeing the LDS Temple and the falls, right across the street from the greenbelt with a beautiful view. The dining experience was wonderful, and being close to the falls was a highlight. Unfortunately, the facilities were not ideal with warm bread as a dining option.
The hotel has spacious rooms with all the amenities one could need, from a small noisy mini-fridge to a small microwave and a table with two chairs. The highlight was the delicious breakfast with fresh omelettes made to order while overlooking the falls. However, the hotel can get quite packed, especially during meal times, and parking might be a bit of a challenge.
The hotel has a wonderful location just across the street from the beautiful falls and river walk. The rooms were a bit small and the cleanliness could have been better upon check-in, but the service was top-notch and very friendly. Dining options were good, with a nice selection available. The older hotel provides a clean and comfortable stay with easy access to the river and local restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were wonderfully decorated, and the shower was amazing with its four shower heads. However, the building's soundproofing was not the best. The service was top-notch, with the staff being super nice and accommodating. The location is unbeatable, right on the Greenbelt with beautiful views. The dining experience was exceptional, with creative salads and dedicated omelette chefs. The facilities were great, with an outdoor pool, 24-hour hot tub, and a fantastic gym.
